The unit comes with a pre-loaded, dyno-developed base map. As you ride, the auto-tune function continuously fine-tunes this map within preset parameters to match your specific bike, modifications, and riding conditions.

In simple terms, it tunes itself. It automatically adjusts the fueling as needed based on changes in weather, altitude, and even the type of fuel you’re using — ensuring your bike is always running optimally. The ECU is not going to be flashed , unit can be fully be removed and leaves no trace in the ECU, so if you have Warranty issues the dealer won't even know it was ever on the bike. 

The new Rapid Bike EVO2 represents a significant advancement over the previous model, the Rapid Bike EVO. Thanks to a faster microprocessor, reduced size and weight, and the ability to modulate the signal in both Narrow Band and Wide Band, it offers improvements in terms of quality and reliability. 

One of the main innovations is the intuitive APP manageable via smartphone. In addition to these new features, the Rapid Bike EVO2 retains all the advanced characteristics already present in the Rapid Bike EVO. The lambda sensor signal management ensures the fine-tuning of the exclusive auto-adaptive function: fuel mapping is automatically updated while riding the vehicle.

The injection map becomes a dynamic and flexible factor, perfectly adapting to changing weather conditions and driving styles. The most significant benefits occur at low and mid-range RPMs, correcting engine hesitations caused by increasingly strict anti-pollution regulations.

The most innovative aspect of the new Rapid Bike EVO2 is the ability to select 3 customizable riding modes via the APP, each with 20 intensity levels:

  • Eco: reduced performance to promote significant fuel savings
  • Touring: optimized for urban riding, offering a balance between performance and efficiency
  • Sport: maximum power and performance for a sporty riding experience 

Additionally, the diagnostic function has been introduced, useful for reading the main errors in the original ECU and possibly clearing them.

Kit includes the RapidBike Evo module and the USB cable and model specific wiring harness and Software download Instructions.

It does require the Stock O2 sensor(s) on your bike to be installed and functional.

The Evo module manages up to 8 injectors and modulates the signal up to two O2 sensors (up to 2 lambdas). The purpose of the O2 sensor (lambda) modulation is to prevent the stock ECU from recognizing the adjustment  applied by the RapidBike module to the injection map without any further attempts to re-set the stock parameters matching the criteria fixed by the restrictive exhaust gas emission laws.

When riding the motorcycle, the self-adaptive feature determines the automatic self-correction of the air/fuel ratio maps: this active management is added up to the pre-set parameters. The adjustments set by RapidBike EVO improve the engine efficiency in order to reach the best performance. The self-correction process is set in multipoint technology according to RPM and TPS, for the whole range of the engine working, even when the original RPM limiter is raised (when available).

Modulating the stock O2 sensor (lambda) signal is a technology far more advanced than the so called “O2 sensor eliminator” (or any other similar device used by the competitors) since they send a static/constant signal which is in conflict with the typical behavior of the lambda sensors, therefore causing the main ECU to perceive such a constant signal as a mistake to be corrected. Thanks to RapidBike exclusive technology for the modulation of the stock lambda signal the main ECU considers this behavior as standard, therefore it will not try to re-set the stock engine parameters.
