I'm very happy with the shift tech products. Besides dumping a lot of weight the performance, especially in sport mode, is greatly enhanced. Not just peak power but also the throttle response and smoothness of power delivery. the hesitation at the beginning of throttle opening is gone, as is the hesitation below 3000 rpm. In stock form my idle was nearly 2000 rpm, now it's a smooth burble at 1200 rpm. I received my exhaust today. The quality is excellent and the, welding is clean and precise, and it's about five pounds lighter than the stock exhaust. I like the carbon fiber mounting bracket. With the extension pipe on the cat delete (that I also bought) the bracket lines up to the stock mount precisely. There is a Allen screw and a captive nut on the muffler intended to use the stock heat shield to protect your boots. The screw is too large to fit the mounting hole in the shield, I didn't notice that there is an additional smaller screw and captive nut provided in the hardware kit. I drilled out the shield to fit the larger screw and then found that Shift-tech had already anticipated and corrected the problem.
