Sweet!

I plugged the air temperature sensor and re installed the Sprint air filter as well as the performance air filter lid. I rode the bike a couple of days ago stock right after the 600 miles service. And I rode it around a few minutes ago. It now runs right instead of being jerky at small steady throttle openings. I highly recommend that set up.

It works !

Bought this with a hint of sceptism...... but i was proven wrong.
This thing works.
The engine jerkiness has been removed by quite a lot. I can now open the throttle at lower revs and it pulls much smoother than before.
I'd definitely recommend it 👌

Amazing!

I was concerned about riding my Hypermotard 698 at low RPM's because of the surging and bucking it did. This air temp sensor fixed the issue 99%. Worth every penny. Excellent communication from Shift Tech start to finish. Word of caution though, when you are trying to install the supplied cover on the factory sensor, concentrate. I dropped mine down in and spent 2 hours trying to find it. I finally did.

Review for ST4485 AATS

I picked up the ST4485 Advanced Air Temp Sensor along with the Sprint Filter (ST2017-14) and Ducati Performance race airbox lid (ST3342-2) to complete the intake setup. Everything arrived quickly, well-packaged, and the instructions made installation easy.

If you’re thinking about doing this mod, just go with the full ST4485-POWER UP KIT—it includes everything and makes the process simpler. The sensor upgrade noticeably improves throttle response, and the intake flow feels freer right away.
