This Evo version does reduce the ground clearance slightly (see picture) due to the equal length tubing loop--- it is very minor but we need to make this clear. If you are a hard core Off Road Rider and plan to jump logs and tear up the bike then we suggest you go with the ST4011-26 Version that does not reduce the ground clearance, for anyone else this version will just work fine, we use it on our bike as well.
